  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered via our trusted partners (FedEx and UPS) within an estimated transit time of 5 to 7 business days (total delivery time of 7 to 10 business days).
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Central Time) are processed the same day; orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Returns & Refunds: You may request a return within 14 business days of receiving your order. Returns are 100% free of charge. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days, with an additional 4 to 5 business days for funds to reflect in your bank account, issued to your original payment method.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order on the same calendar day it is placed, provided the request is made before 5:00 PM (Central Time). Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it can no longer be cancelled.
